Details This award recognises organisations demonstrating total commitment to environmental responsibility by effective engagement of their staff and integrating the environment into the heart of its culture. Implementation of environmental management systems is just part of the process of improving environmental performance. The winning entrant will be able to demonstrate how they have gone beyond the requirements of environmental standards by fully engaging staff to achieve an organisational culture of complete environmental responsibility.

Entry Requirements - How did you obtain senior management commitment and what internal communication activities were part of your campaign of change? - Which specific methods of engaging staff did you use, including training, performance monitoring, reward systems etc. - How did you promote the values of environmental responsibility externally and how did you motivate customers and the supply chain? - How did you achieve and communicate quantifiable environmental performance improvements? - How did you involve staff in the ownership and ongoing maintenance of specific initiatives to ensure continued improvements?
